I led a team of Analysts supporting the Digital Platforms, finance and strategy with data science expertise, including the CommBank App and Netbank. I was responsible for Research, Insights & Deep Dives, A/B Experimentation, Modelling and Forecasting, and understanding customer behaviour using digital data.

Senior Data Scientist

Copyright Agency reports to the Attorney General, and manages Copyright licensing for text and images in Australia. I led the data analytics team supporting finance, license negotiation and administration, facilitating negotiation of $100M contracts annually via in-depth data analysis, process automation and reporting.

Thesis: Template-based modelling of Protein Structure

I looked at variation in the shape of the molecules encoded by genes (i.e. proteins) , decomposing structural variation into shifts and rotations of their building blocks, using four dimensional complex numbers (quaternions). I then created an approach to simulate structural variation from the multidimensional distribution of shifts and rotations (a hypersphere). See my thesis and other publications
